Until the end of April, refugees from Ukraine can use public transportation for free. From 01.04., they are obliged to pay a parking fee.

Until the end of April, Ukrainian citizens who arrives in Poland after 24.02. may use public transportation for free.

Note, however that from 01.04. refugees are obliged to pay a parking fee in paid parking zones – free parking was possible only until the end of March.
