The Zustricz Centre for Psychological Help for Refugees from Ukraine and Migrants, ul. Królewska 2 (see on map) offers psychological support to children and adults from Ukraine free of charge. Assistance is provided in Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
The Centre offers individual or group consultations, group activities (art-therapy, support groups, workshops, psychoeducation), individual and group psychotherapy, educational projects, lectures, seminars and trainings. Online consultations are also available. You need to book the meeting in advance

Crisis Intervention Centre in Cracow
The Crisis Intervention Centre in Cracow offers psychological support to refugees from Ukraine. People needing support can get help directly at the Centre or by phone. A psychologist is available 5 hours every day, meetings are held in Ukrainian and Russian.

Psychological First Aid Centre
The Psychological First Aid Centre, in cooperation with the City of Cracow, has created five points in the city where refugees from Ukraine can receive psychological support. Psychological consultations are free of charge for children and adults. Meetings are conducted in Polish, Ukrainian or Russian.
