Government MOS portal has been launched

Government MOS portal has been launched

The website is used to submit residence applications online.

The portal was created for foreigners, including Ukrainians residing in Poland, who fill in and submit online applications regarding residence issues. The website also aims to provide reliable knowledge on current migration procedures in Poland.

The “Find out more section features a special survey whose questions will provide personalised information tailored to the specific enquiry and situation. Anyone in need can learn more about the situation of their residence and the issues related to entering Poland, staying there and leaving the country. The “Avoid mistakes” section showcases an overview of the most common errors made at the various stages of the application process. Based on the information contained in the section, you may also check all the steps and necessary documents needed for legal residence permit. The “Fill in an application or prepare a pleading” section (you need to be logged in to the portal to use this option) allows you to fill in an online application for both temporary and permanent residence permit and to send it to the relevant authorities. Currently, after sending the application through the MOS system, you need to print it out, sign it, and deliver it to the Provincial Office, but in near future the possibility of submitting applications online will be introduced. The “Regulations” section provides an overview of the legal provisions related to various procedures in the country.
